Guests must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
All smoking is done outside on the wrap around porch.
Drugs, including marijuana (medical or otherwise), are not permitted IN or AROUND cabin.
Pets need to be crated when you are not in the cabin, not allowed on furniture, beds and blankets. Guests are responsible for any damages.
You MUST clean up after yourselves and not leave trash laying round, animal waste, or debris for our cleaners.
Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles are not permitted in cabin and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.
Please run the dishwasher before you checkout.
Max number of guests allowed in the home during the day are ten, and sleeping in the property is eight.
Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN. It is our home and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others home they invite to use the premises are not the owner’s responsibility.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
Parking: You may park up to two vehicles on our property. ZERO parking is available or permitted on street and you risk being towed if you park on the streets.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.
Any garbage must be stowed in the bear proof receptacle located by the parking area.
Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and replenish chemicals prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive. It takes time for the new water to cycle and heat. DO NOT SIT/STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep water warm. Please no glass containers inside the hot tub. You assume all health risks associated with hot tub use.
Fireplace: There is a fireplace onsite. Please use responsibly. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while using the fireplace.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."
